Source: Rocky Mountain News Rick Stanley (Libertarian candidate for U.S. Senate) and Duncan Philp were arrested for carrying weapons at a Bill of Rights Day celebration. They were released pending trial for violating a Denver victim disarmament ordinance. The act of civil disobedience -- they informed police in advance of their intentions -- is intended to challenge the ordinance as unconstitutional.
