ORDER
THIS MATTER, having come before the Adams County District Court on the City
of Thornton’s Motion to Dismiss and the District Court having reviewed
said Motion and deeming itself fully advised, hereby denies the City of Thornton’s
Motion to dismiss and holds that Mr. Stanley may perfect his appeal by filing
the appropriate appeal fees with the Thornton Municipal Court by June 20, 2003.
Further, this Court will extend the time limits for the City of Thornton to
file its response brief by the date of July 15, 2003.
