- Our rights as American
citizens are under daily attack by legislators
all across the country. A new mechanism to repeal
unconstutional laws is badly needed. Rick

dream could claim it under the original Homestead

and obligation to judge the justice of the law
itself in every criminal case. Sadly, too few of
our fellow citizens understand what trial by jury

- A closely related issue is judicial
immunity. There are some bad judges in the
federal judiciary, and they ought to be personally
liable when they abuse the law.
- The federal income tax, and
the IRS, are great threats to our individual
liberties. Rick wants to repeal the income tax
